Dan Hornfeck - Realtor
The purchase or sale of a home is one of the largest financial transactions that most people undertake. Whether you are looking at purchasing or selling a home, I bring a wealth of business, banking and real estate experience to the process to help you.
After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, I began my career as a flight officer in the U.S. Navy, proudly serving our country at home and abroad. While on active duty, I moved many times and loved experiencing different areas of the country.
Greensboro became home in 1993 because its many neighborhoods and residents collectively offer something for everyone: a vibrant arts community, great schools, beautiful parks and trails, interactive museums, local restaurants.
Greensboro has everything that makes a community home.
During my 20+ year corporate career as both a community banker and title insurance executive, I led teams to provide the highest levels of customer service in the lending and real estate closing processes. In addition, as a banker, I handled tens of millions of dollars in foreclosures, short sales and bank-owned real estate disposition. I understand the many possible aspects of lending in a real estate transaction and can help you successfully navigate that process.
I am a personal real estate investor and understand the value of income-producing properties to diversify investment portfolios and build personal wealth. There are great values here and I enjoy matching clients with investment properties that help you expand your personal portfolio.
I love calling Greensboro home. I believe in giving back to the community in which I live and work, and I have served as a volunteer for Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement, Greensboro Urban Ministry, Habitat for Humanity, and Guilford County Schools.
